Storyline

 When the dragon family was at the peak of its power a goddess of desire appeared. The Goddess Tyr granted wishes. The dragon fought each other to win her power. Tyr encouraged the battle and watched the war between the dragons escalating. When the world was at the brink of destruction a warrior stepped forward. The warrior battled Tyr with his 7 companions and locked her up using 6 magical keys. These "Goddess keys" were scattered around the world and hidden away. The Light dragons balanced the power of the family and peace reigned again.

Info on the game

 Although the package has square�s logo breath of fire isn�t a square game
 The game was produced by Capcom. Sqauresoft only distributed it,
 after Capcom got bored with the project. But people mistook it for a squresoft game.
Overall grade of the game is...
Now something about Breath of fire as a whole.
 Graphics is excellent, world is large enough and challenging.
 Only one thing spoils the game a bit: music, it�s barely average,
 but it gets really annoying when the world expands.
